Stor-All Self Storage of Denver Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary

Stor-All Self Storage, which operates 45 self-storage facilities in five states, is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its Denver location at 400 W. Center Ave. The 3-acre property is just south of downtown Denver, just off highway I-25 and adjacent to a Home Depot.

The facility opened in July 2013 after a year of construction. The three-story building is comprised of 762 climate-controlled units offering 65,000 square feet of space. Many improvements have been made to the property in the past decade, including new signage to the southwest side of the building that faces the highway.

I have enjoyed my experiences here, seeing the property grow in size and occupancy," said Derek Olson, who has managed the property for nine and half years. "We continue to work hard to provide the cleanest, friendliest and most convenient self-storage in the Denver market. I have treated this property from day one like it was my own. I put a lot of work into the property and take pride in all that we provide here. I feel as if I truly belong to a family-driven company, which is very important to me."

Based in Deerfield Beach, Fla., Stor-All is a family business founded in 1967. Its facilities are in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. The company provides services including real estate brokerage, asset selection, underwriting, construction, development, property management and investor relations to its individual investment partnerships.
