DocuData Launches MyActiveRecords App for Records-Storage Users

DocuData Software Inc., a provider of records-management software technology, is launching a new mobile app, MyActiveRecords, which allows users to manage their physical records and items stored in self-storage units, off-site office space, file cabinets and file rooms. It also provides access to support information and advice on records-management best practices.

The app will be unveiled at the Inside Self-Storage World Expo in Las Vegas, March 14-16, at the Paris Hotel & Resort. The event is self-storage industry's largest conference and tradeshow. DocuData will be exhibiting in booth No. 428.

MyActiveRecords may be the best opportunity to recruit and maintain professional and commercial customers that store records at self-storage facilities," according to self-storage consultant Jim Chiswell, president of Chiswell & Associates LLC. "Taking advantage of smartphone technology makes the entire system a cost-effective alternative for even the smallest business or professional office.

DocuData provides information-management software for document-storage providers and small to mid-size businesses and organizations to assist in storing, organizing, accessing and tracking records.
