North Carolina Self Storage Association Hosts Education and Membership Meeting, Oct. 26

The North Carolina Self Storage Association (NCSSA) will hold an education and membership meeting on Oct. 26 at the Peninsula Yacht Club in Cornelius, N.C. Starting at 10 a.m., the event will begin with roundtable discussions on self-storage topics including revenue management, marketing, cyber liability insurance, facility operations/maintenance and lending. The meeting will also include lunch, board elections, a recap of NCSSA activity and a facility tour.

Attendees can enter to win two tickets to an upcoming Carolina Panthers game and a Panthers jersey. Raffle tickets are $10 each and all proceeds will benefit the NCSSA Legislative Fund. Participants do not need to be present to win, and tickets can be purchased online.

The raffle prizes were donated by Morningstar Properties, which builds, develops, acquires and manages self-storage facilities and marinas nationwide. Morningstar of Reames Road is the self-storage facility that will be toured during the NCSSA event.

The cost to attend the meeting is $25 for members who pre-register, $40 for members who register on site, and $115 for non-members. Registration can be completed online at http://ncssa.memberclicks.net/regional-seminars.
