U-Store-It Uses inContact at National Sales Center

National self-storage company U-Store-It Trust has contracted inContact Inc. to provide a contact-center platform and network-connectivity products for its national sales center. InContact’s platform will integrate with customer-relationship-management technology from Salesforce.com to provide sales agents with real-time access to customer and facility data. The platform includes an Automated Call Distributor with skills-based routing, Computer Telephony Integration, and Interactive Voice Response with speech recognition, among other features.
 
The inContact platform is currently in use at approximately 600 contact centers worldwide.
 
U-Store-It Trust is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. The company provides self-storage in all 50 states through its 384 company-owned facilities and the U-Store-It Network, which consists of approximately 263 third-party locations.
