ISS Vegas Expo Addresses Green Building Practices for Self-Storage

The Inside Self-Storage Las Vegas Expo, Feb. 5-8, 2008, will include a seminar on green building practices for the self-storage industry. Presented by Paul Nutcher, vice president of Green Apple Group LLC, the session will address how environmentally friendly construction techniques can create reductions in initial project investment and ongoing energy costs. Nutcher will also explain the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System and present design strategies for making a self-storage facility more sustainable. The seminar will take place Feb. 6 at 10:30 a.m.
