On June 29, MiniCo Inc. drew the second winner of its TenantOne Direct Texas Giveaway. Donald Valk, owner of Assured Self Storage in Arlington, Texas, is the recipient of a $100 Home Depot gift card.

The contest is open to all Texas self-storage owners enrolled in MiniCos TenantOne Direct tenant-insurance program and runs from May 1 to Sept. 30, 2007. Two more Home Depot gift cards will be given away and, on Oct. 2, a grand-prize winner will be selected to receive two two-day passes to the Texas Self Storage Association annual convention plus a check for $500.
